Food - Drinks - Fun

Advantages of working with a Fabulous Chef...we get to put together a fun and delicious menu for the evening!!! (Prepared by Chef Matt Chatfield)

Menu:
- Spring Greens with Cranberries, Feta, Candied Pecans, and Raspberry Dressing.

- French Cheese Puffs with Blackberry Dipping Sauce.

- Crostini Bar with assorted toppings (tomato basil salsa, olive tapenade, whipped goat cheese)
- Carved Roast Beef with Slider Rolls

- Smashed Potato Bar (Pancetta, chives, cheddar, sour cream, jalapenos)

- Lemon Drop Crackle Cookies and Brownie Bites with Salted Caramel Ganache

Tea/Lemonade/Coffee come with the dinner. Beer & Wine will be available at the cash bar.
