Dinner w/ Marigold Supper Club - Trey Sanford + Brian Kirksey
Marigold Supper Club aims to bridge the gap between southern home cooking and modern cuisine + cocktail culture. Our food is as much influenced by what our mothers made us growing up in the coastal South as the French cultural legacy in the region. Ultimately, we'd like to present southern food as not just a food of the Americas, but a cuisine of the world.
Born in Florida, raised in Alabama, and stricken with culinary wanderlust, Brian Kirksey has traveled the country honing his kitchen skills for the past decade.
A native of north Florida, drink expert Trey Sanford has had the pleasure of living, working, and drinking through the Souths great cities and running beverage programs from New Orleans to Anchorage.
