Trust Building for Teams with Erica Marx
When trust is present in a group, it is obvious. People collaborate easily, meet challenges with a flurry of creative solutions, and do their best work. Productivity increases and work satisfaction soars. Trust is the connective tissue that holds a team together during challenging times and enables them to emerge stronger and healthier.
Trust is essential, yet so many teams struggle to build trust in the face of long-standing, negative cycles of behavior and self-reinforcing patterns. Without a roadmap or tools, changing the culture of an organization can seem overwhelming.
In this highly interactive workshop, you will gain practical tools to:
Quickly build trust in the moment
Repair trust when it has been broken
Create solutions together, even when people disagree
Access and be inclusive of diverse viewpoints
Reconnect with creativity and joy
You will leave the workshop with key insights and personalized next steps to build positive, productive, and resilient teams with the capacity to innovate and thrive.
One of the best workshops Ive ever been to.
