A community story sharing event
When your spirit is assaulted by the unimaginable, sharing your experience can be healing.
Preserving those stories so future generations can learn who we were, what we experienced in connection to the 2019 Garlic Festival and how we recovered can be a powerful legacy.
CMAP invites you to a community storytelling event where everyone will have an opportunity to share their experience. Those who wish to may record their story as part of an oral history project that will document this unprecedented moment in Gilroy.
Even if you arent ready to talk, come, listen and feel the camaraderie
of your friends and neighbors as we start to move toward a better feeling place.
