In December, VOICES FOR PEACE will inspire audiences with the hauntingly poignant sounds of Vaughan Williams Dona Nobis Pacem. Derived from the poems of Walt Whitman as well as sacred text, this famous work is a post-war cry for peace and unity. Performed in six thrilling movements, this work will fill you with hope, joy, and a wish for peace on earth. In addition, the program will feature a mix of favorite holiday carols! Lift your spirits with the popular audience sing-a-long as we ring in this season together. Join the singers of the Angeles Chorale for a festive kickoff to our 45th Anniversary Season!

Our second concert of the season--MUSIC FROM THE HEART: AN EVENING OF ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER, is a celebration of the famed British composer. Featuring Webber's Requiem, the Chorale will brin to life this complex and beautiful Grammy Award-winning piece. Plus, a celebration of Webber would not be complete without singing some of the most beloved musical theatre selections of our time! The Chorale will lend their voices to the music of Cats, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Phantom of the Opera, and more. Audiences are sure to be transported by the music of the night!

We close out our anniversary season with MOSTLY MOZART. Featuring one of the most famous choral works ever written, Mozart's Requiem, which will inspire audiences with its intricate and complex musicality. This enthralling piece artfully showcases the masterful voices of the Chorale in a way only Mozart can do. Come join us as we celebrate the singers, musicians, and supporters that make the Angeles Chorale's 45th Anniversary so very special!
