The owners of Far North Fungi (https://www.farnorthfungi.com/) mushroom cultivators in Anchorage will lead a demo on cultivating your own oyster mushrooms at home. You'll leave with your own inoculated bag of straw that will provide fresh mushrooms after a few weeks! Workshop will be held outdoors at the Nissman Pavilion. Check in at the Girdwood Community Room 15 minutes prior to workshop start.
