Cherry Pie Class
In this class you will learn how to make a classic American cherry pie, from rolling out the dough to preparing the cherry filling and baking your cherry pie to perfection. Chef Pierre Ferland will also demonstrate how the make the classic French cherry flan le Clafoutis.
Admission price includes a pie that each student will bake and take home after the class.
