Kings Mills After-School Program
This yoga series, designed just for children, enhances focus, balance, emotional awareness and releases stress, all while having lots of fun. We use games, crafts, yoga poses and mindfulness exercises to create an engaging atmosphere that children really connect with and enjoy.
Emily, registered child yoga teacher and founder of Busy Being, has been lovingly teaching kids yoga for three years.
Session 1: Sept. 3Nov. 19
Suggested age is 5-11 | $140 for 12 weeks | Tuesdays 3:30-4:30
