Posies & Palates: The Secret Language of Flowers
Join Casey Schwartz and Kit Wertz of Flower Duet and Maite Gomez-Rejón of ArtBites in their very first collaboration, as they lead a workshop exploring the secret language of Victorian herbs and flowers. In an evening of hands-on fun that pleases both the eye and the palate, participants get to prepare themed cocktails and create personal posies to take home.
Class is held in the Ahmanson Classroom of the Brody Botanical Center. Visit any admission window for directions to the Botanical Circle for check-in at 5:15 p.m.
