ART BLOCKS: The Essential Series Caveman through Contemporary
Bring your coffee and a friend to this recreational series designed to enrich your life though discovery and lively conversation! No previous art history necessary.
This chronological survey class of western art history is offered Monday mornings from 10-12. We will roll through the timeline this Fall, experiencing the art of the Ancient world, Medieval times, and the Renaissance. We will pick up where we left off in March (after a two-month break) and experience Mannerism, Baroque, Neo-Classicism, Romanticism, and beyond.
The first 6-week series, The Ancient World, runs from Monday September 9 through Monday, Oct 14 ($125).
The next 6-week series, Medieval through Renaissance, runs from Monday, Oct 21 through Monday, December 2 ($125). Registration for this series will open closer to its start.
THE BEST DEAL (because I really want you to experience the full spectrum of art history, again and again and again): You may come and go as you please with a 10-class punch card ($150) to be used only for Essential Series classes.
OR drop into any single Essential Series class for $25. (pay in class)
ART BLOCKS is paperless!
Power points will be emailed before class starts.
Videos will be emailed after classes.
