Make cheese at the Cheese Board
Join the San Francisco Milk Maid and learn how milk turns from liquid into luscious balls of 'cheese-filled cheese' (Burrata). Together we'll practice stretching mozzarella curd. Next we'll prepare the feathery filling (Strachiatella). Then we'll marry the two. Learn about other filling options, shelf life and serving ideas for this decadent, much-loved cheese.
