Heyday Farm "Chef in the Garden Series" Featuring Chef Andy Bickar
Please join Heyday Farm as we welcome Chef Andy Bickar, owner of the acclaimed Aberdeen, WA based Rediviva, to our farm house for the second dinner in our Chef in the Garden series. We are excited to have Chef Andy in our kitchen, as our two restaurants share common passions - sourcing as many ingredients from the local area as possible, truly taking advantage of the varying seasons and all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Guests will be greeted with a welcoming bite and sip of bubbles and are invited to stroll the farm gardens. The chefs will share stories of their dishes and inspirations that come from all the culinary opportunities of our region, after which guests will make their way inside for dinner. Chef Andy and Heyday Farm House Executive Chef Tadao Mitsui will serve a 5-course meal designed and prepared in collaboration to highlight the flavors of the Pacific Northwest bounty at the height of the season.
Price includes a 5 course meal, welcoming bubbles, and gratuity. All tickets are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another person for this event. In the event of a cancellation by guest chef or the dinner in general, full purchase price shall be refunded.
Wine can be purchased by the glass or bottle during dinner service.
