Taught by one of the countrys leading cocktail professionals, and owner of Polite Provisions, Erick Castro. Experience American Whiskey through the lens of the craft cocktail, as you take a trip through time and learn the rich history of Bourbon & Rye. Tools and ingredients will be provided. Attendees must be 21 years of age. Class begins at 6pm sharp, please plan on arriving ten minutes early.
