Cake Decorating 101 with the Goodie Godmother

It's back to school time for everyone! If you've always wanted to learn how to decorate a cake, join me for this month's hands-on learning class.

We will cover how to level, torte, and fill a cake. We will talk about the different types of buttercream and learn how to make a basic American buttercream. Then we will go over a few different buttercream finishes for cake.

Each participant will go home with a fully decorated cake to show off.
