Join us at LOL Theater for performances by Playbook & Shakesqueer!
Playbook:
Inspired by the first page of an actual unfinished play, the cast of Playbook will improvise a full play trying to maintain the tone, theme and plot from the first page. The actors won't know what the script is until they open the script for the first time on the opening night of the performance.
Shakesqueer:
What happens to the world of Shakespeare when gender stereotypes fall and same-sex relationships are all that exist? Something unexpected, yet wonderfully familiar! After all, the Bard loved playing with gender roles!
Join Un-Scripted Theater Company for this completely improvised play, and enjoy classic romance and comedy through a modern lens.
