Join Karen LePage and Amber West for a unique, one day retreat designed to get you in touch with your Inner Spark of Creativity. We will be guiding you through intuitive watercolor painting and bookbinding explorations, weaving in meditation and journaling. Experience all of this while bathing in the angelic sounds of crystal singing bowls.

Crystal singing bowls are used medicinally in the vibrational healing family and serve as a tool to calm the nervous system, stimulate the creative and abstract mind, harmonize our chakras and release stagnant energies. When we listen to the bowls for an extended period of time the healing effects are amplified and many report a lasting sense of creativity, peace, and spiritual connection.

Your curiosity and openness can transform a common activity into a spiritual practice. We invite you to spend the day with us, learning new practices to can incorporate into your own personal creativity ritual that can have a transformative benefit in all areas of your life.

No experience is necessary. All materials and an allergy-friendly vegan lunch will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
