A Swift Kick in The Ribs

Join us for an afternoon at Wolfden Brewing enjoying some cold beer while we cook and eat BBQ ribs with award winning pitmaster Bill Mehilos of Head's Red BBQ in Roselle

This hands on class will cover selection, prep, and cooking of the following rib types:

Baby Back Ribs
Spare Ribs
Chicago Style Rib Tips
Beef Ribs
Denver Cut Lamb Ribs

Each participant will get one complimentary beer from Wolfden along with a bottle of Heads Red BBQ sauce , a bottle of Head's Pork Mojo rub, and a booklet of all the recipes from the class to take home with them

Price is $65.00 per person

About the instructor - Bill Mehilos has won numerous awards competing in competition BBQ including 3 Grand Championships. His BBQ sauce was awarded a 1st place Award of Excellence by the National BBQ Assoc. in 2010. He owns Head's Red BBQ in Roselle Illinois which caters BBQ and creates and sells BBQ sauce and rubs/seasonings.

About the venue - Wolfden Brewing Company is a craft beer brewery and taproom in Bloomingdale, IL (western suburb of Chicago), developed by Krys & Katie Wolf. We serve small food plates, wine, specialty cocktails and most importantly- fresh beer.
