Looking at Leonardo: Drapery and Deluge drawing
During this day-long drawing course we will look at examples of Leonardo da Vincis Drapery and Deluge studies to inspire our own approach to these two subject matters. Working in ink and charcoal to explore tone, movement and mark-making, we will spend the morning working from observation and building tonal techniques. In the afternoon, we will develop these techniques and explore more expressive mark-making and using imagery and imagination to create our own apocalyptic deluge drawings!
For all levels of drawing experience, Jennys workshops provide you with a friendly, relaxed environment to explore and learn about drawing.
All materials provided. Drinks and refreshments provided.
