ERIC 2019: Escape Room Industry Conference
Welcome to the 3rd Annual Escape Room Industry Conference, ERIC 2019!
This year ERIC is bigger and better than ever, taking place across two full days with more than double the content of previous outings.
We have found a fantastic new venue on the outskirts of London, the CEME Conference Centre, allowing us to accommodate even more speakers, workshops, exhibitors and guests, as well as plenty of room for demonstrations, games, creative brainstorming, meetings, installations and networking, all situated around a spacious central hub.
Our expert speakers and exhibitors are travelling from across the UK, mainland Europe and beyond, to share a wealth of information and experience. As always, well be covering all the fundamentals which will include (but are not limited to) the opening, running, managing, staffing, writing, designing, building and refining of Escape Rooms. On top of this the lineup will host plenty of specialist talks and workshops covering topics such as marketing, immersion, theming, aesthetics, technology, customer service, finance, business growth, corporate growth, expansion, franchising, health and safety, building regulations, narrative, scalability, differentiation, and key lessons from other markets.
Parking is available at CEME Conference Centre and is free for all conference delegates.
The location is a short (5m) taxi ride from Rainham train station, which is a 15m journey from Fenchurch Street in Central London.
The 174 bus runs every 10 minutes throughout the day from the nearest tube station, Dagenham Heathway (District Line, Z5) and stops directly outside the Conference Centre.
There are plenty of hotels within a 10-15 minute drive of the conference centre, with parking available at CEME for just £1 a day.
To keep costs low we have not agreed a specific arrangement with a single hotel. Nearest hotels and journey planners can be found by using the venue postcode: RM13 8EU
Further details of our speakers, exhibitors and full schedule will be released nearer the time.
We will be organising a networking dinner and drinks event on the evening of the 14th. This will be seperately ticketted to cover food and drink and we will announce details soon!
It is not possible for purchase a ticket for a single day - please see below for further details.
Super Early Bird tickets (£120) will be limited in quantity and time (100 tickets or the end of July, whichever comes first).
Early Bird tickets (£140) will begin once Super Early Bird tickets are sold out and close on 19th August or when they sell out, at which point Standard tickets (£185) will go on sale. Do get in early if you want to make use of the larger savings.
We are keen to support Start-Ups and have a discount available for new companies - please e-mail email@example.com with details of your company for further information.
We are also keen to support companies who wish to bring larger groups of staff. Anyone who purchases three tickets can secure a fourth ticket at a sizeable discount (the price of which simply covers two days worth of lunches, drinks, snacks and materials). The fourth ticket must be bought at the same time as the other three - please see ticket options for further details.

We look forward to welcoming you to ERIC 2019!
As per our previous years, ERIC is organised by a team of volunteers. Ticket prices directly cover venue hire, food and drink, AV equipment, insurance, media costs, speakers food, drinks and tickets, printing and all materials. As such it is unfortunately NOT possible to purchase a ticket for just a single day, however weve worked hard to ensure that the price for both days of ERIC remains significantly cheaper than the price for a single day ticket at all other large Escape Room Industry conferences, with content that rivals each of them.
