TICKETS This invitation is for you, and for the family and/or friends you bring along. It is not transferable to another person or family. Please do not forward this email or share on social media. To allow for fairer access to as many people as possible, each invitee/family will be limited to 8 tickets, for people ages 6 and up who will attend Cool Aid with you. There will be fewer tickets available this year, so we recommend buying early to ensure you have a spot. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

FOOD: For our communal dinner for 400 on Saturday night, we will grill chicken, burgers, and dogs. Please bring sharable-sized salads, side dishes, desserts, or munchies to share. Also bring your own personal vittles for weekend meals and Sunday dinner. Community grills will be available.
BYOB: Demographic changes, legal liability, insurance costs, and property-owner wishes have meant the end of the beer truck. Bring your own bevvies as you please. We'll have a potpourri of non-alcoholic drinks, and will provide free ice on Sunday morning (we call it "Cooler Aid.") Cans are preferred to make recycling easier.
VOLUNTEER: Cool Aid is an all-volunteer event. It takes a village to run a village! So give a little of your time to help so everyone will have a good time. We need help with trash, recycling, tubing runs, food set up, cleanup, and more. Kids and teens are encouraged to volunteer too!
