The Adventures of Tom Sawyer
Go back in time to Missouri in 1845 in this entertaining adaptation of Mark Twain's classic. Witness the childhood adventures of Tom and his best friend, the infamous Huckleberry Finn, as Tom gives all the boys in the neighborhood the "privelege" of whitewashing a fence, as he leads Joe and Huck on a journey to Jackson Island to become pirates, and as he shows off at school for his new girlfriend Beck Thatcher. Suggested for grades 2 and up.
