Gina Salá and Daniel Paul Northwest Kirtan Tour
Gina Salá is a vocalist, composer, teacher and kirtan leader with a repertoire spanning 23 languages and over 4 decades of chanting experience. Gina's magnetic personality, captivating voice and wealth of musical experiences have led her from chanting with wandering sadhu ascetics in the mountains to programs at the United Nations in New York City and to the stage as lead singer for Cirque du Soleil's "O". www.ginasala.com
Daniel Paul is a Fulbright tabla drum virtuoso who has been a mainstay of the kirtan touring circuit for two decades touring world wide primarily with Grammy nominee Jai Uttal. His training draws on 9 years of study at the Ali Akbar College of Music and life-long immersion into the folk music traditions of the temples and villages throughout India. www.tabladaniel.com
