If you are considering a home remodel or restoration project, you don't want to miss Historic Wallingford's Remodel and Restore Workshop and Home Tour.
Wallingford, like many Seattle neighborhoods has many restored and updated homes and period buildings. But for many homeowners, the thought of remodeling, restoring or updating a home, whether a Do-it-Yourself or with architects and contractors can be intimidating.
Helping you to take those first steps, Historic Wallingford invites you to our Remodel and Restore Workshop and Home Tour. Get practical advice, design ideas, and listen to different perspectives from a panel of homeowners and industry experts and finally, get inspiration and ideas by touring hand-picked homes that have been remodeled, updated, or restored.

Workshop: 10am to 12:00pm
Curated Home Tour: 1:30 to 3:00
The Workshop is a two-hour panel session with remodel-experienced homeowners and experts (Architects, Design Build, and Contractors). They will share project before-and-after experiences and lessons learned. They will take audience questions and share their perspectives. (10:00 am to 12pm)
The Home Tour will take separate small groups of attendees on a curated visit through two of our hand-picked remodeled homes in Wallingford. Homeowners/contractors will describe the before-and-after state of the remodel projects and take questions and share their experiences. 1:30 to 3:30pm (Each Small group will tour two homes)
Prior event Registration is required for this limited-space event. One registration / ticket per person includes both the Workshop and Home Tour. Additional Workshop-only tickets are also available. (No Home Tour-only tickets). Psssst: Join Historic Wallingford and save on registration as a member!
