Classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility and suppleness mindfully, whilst balancing physical movement and deep relaxation. Great for a hectic schedules full of homework, exam studies, hobbies and socialising. 
  Class Level: Open to all levels, including beginners. Participants should be aged 8- 14 years
