Heart of the Mediterranean: Rosemont celebrates the food and wine of North Lebanon
Rosemont's dear friend Chafic Maalouf, of The Olive Harvest, will present his family's traditionally milled olive oils and other products from Koura in North Lebanon, as they augment beautiful locally sourced foods from the heart of Maine's growing season.
At this dinner, we'll enjoy these foods alongside the distinctive Lebanese wines of Chateau Ksara and Clos St. Thomas.
With live traditional bellydance by Nasreen.
