Forecasting, Time Management, and Prioritization
This presentation details a series of tools in properly scheduling and staffing a project and how to tie this into a firms overall forecasting and marketing goal. In a joint-session with the TAP Committee, the second half of the session will discuss apps and digital time tracking methods used by architects, and highlight what is to come.
