New Belgium Sensory and Style Training
Join us for special beer school lead by New Belgium's Northern Quality Manger and former Pro-Brewer Ashleigh Hayden! (and she's an iTAP Allum!)
This class goes beyond your basic style definitions and allows you dive deeper into how, what, and why you are tasting certain flavors and how to identify if something isn't tasting as it should. There will be Raw Material sensory evaluations to match the beers as well as various guided sensory experiences to test your knowledge of beer styles and sensory techniques.
For just $12 you'll receive 5oz pours of Fat Tire, 1554, Trippel, and Vodoo Ranger: Juicy Haze IPA, and the 2019 artful globe glass.
We'll also have a very "after school special" keg we'll be tapping!
