Boozy Broadway presents: We The (Theater) People!
Celebrating the Fourth in Philly? Join us on Friday the 5th for a special Independence Day edition of Boozy Broadway, the cabaret that combines the uniquely American art form of musical theater with trivia games and alcohol (there's a cash bar). The cast will perform songs from the many musicals that have celebrated, criticized, or reflected on America. Between songs, the cast will lead the audience through trivia and drinking games about Broadway, US history, and where the two overlap. Declare your independence from heat and humidity for the evening and enjoy a subversive celebration of our nation. Children welcome (we keep things at a solid PG-13). The doors and the bar open at 7pm, and the show starts at 8pm.
