Candlelight Yin Yoga + Tibetan Bowls Sound Bath
Come and indulge in a 2-hour session of combined Candlelight Yin Yoga AND Tibetan Bowl Sound Therapy! The Yin Yoga practice will help you stretch deep into the connective tissues and joints leaving you feeling as if you've had a whole body massage. The Tibetan Bowls Sound Bath will create a sense of peace and ease you into a blissful state of meditative relaxation. If you've never experienced Yin Yoga and/or the Tibetan Bowls, come and join us!
