The existence of telepathy, clairvoyance, remote viewing, precognition, intuition, and other extended human capacities has often been thought of as paranormal or in some corners as mythical delusions.
The Institute of Noetic Sciences in Petaluma, CA, and other consciousness exploration centers around the globe have studied this issue for 44 years and have proven with scientific rigor (double and triple blind studies) that people can actually possess such faculties.
Although individual "magical" results are normally small not dramatic as depicted in movies the accumulation of verifiable data about the phenomena over decades exceeds statistical chance probability by several billion to one.
What can we understand about these common human faculties? How can these faculties work? Can we use them to our benefit, for healing and improving our lives and those of our loved ones? What keeps individual results from being more dramatic (at least most of the time)? Can we become more skilled in the use of these abilities? How?
In this class you will learn:
1) working definitions of telepathy, remote viewing, clairvoyance, precognition, and intuition
2) a brief history of exploration of these topics and barriers to that exploration left from Newtonian physics and the new light on these topics coming from Quantum Physics
3) Simple skills that with regular practice can enhance intuitive abilities.
Kathy Bornino, MA, MFT has been a psychotherapist in Arroyo Grande for 30 years, and for 25 years has facilitated a monthly community educational group for the Institute of Noetic Sciences.
