Club Entrepreneur & EPI: Real Acquisitions of Minnesota
No, it's not the latest reality TV show, it's the latest EPI Chapter meeting topic! In a joint meeting with Club E, we'll be going behind the scenes to talk about what really happens during an acquisition. We'll be convening a panel of business owners and experts, some of whom have experienced both successful and unsuccessful acquisitions during their careers, to talk about the hands-on reality of buying another company. Many mergers and acquisitions are not successful, and we'll be sharing a checklist of factors you'll need to consider, including rationale, budgets, culture, staffing and more. For a real-world look into this topic, join Club E and moderator Julie Keyes, President of the Twin Cities EPI Chapter.
