wood bone mill performance and building workshop

Bryan Saner and Matty Davis will teach a 2-day site-specific performance and building workshop at Bryan's home. It will take place outdoors, rain or shine, in the yard with the climbing structure and the mulberry tree that was part of "wood bone mill."

We will use our bodies and imagination to climb, to build, to discover both physical and architectural systems of trust and support.

All participants will receive a copy of "wood bone mill," a new book made in collaboration with Ayham Ghraowi and Matt Wolff that charts "wood bone mill's" movement through time, explores ways of working together, the building of a home and community, and exhausting the possible. The book will be used as a learning tool in the workshop.

The workshop is 2 days, from 10am-4pm on July 11th and July 12th. Space is limited to 4 people each hday, and participants will have the option to participate in a performance on July 13th at 6pm at Bryan's house as part of the "wood bone mill" book launch party.

Participants are welcome to attend just one day, if preferred. One day is $60, both days $100. Water and snacks will be provided, but please bring a lunch. We will take a one hour break.

All levels of experience are welcome. You should be prepared to sweat and get dirty. Due to the location of this workshop, all participants will be required to sign a waiver upon entry.
