SCD does fancy BLTs!
ITS SUMMUH TIME YALL!
Guys. It is finally here. SummerSummerSummerSummerSummer! Yay for warmer weather, everything blooming, and all the fresh local seasonal produce at the market! Hence, well be doing our best take on a BLT, with housemade chips, and an ice cream sundae. Summer foods forevah!
We like our BLTs a little fancy - starting with smoky Nueske Bacon, and with the addition of avocado, market lettuce and fresh herbs, garlic aioli, and heirloom tomatoes on sourdough bread - toasted to perfection. Housemade salt and vinegar chips on the side, and an insanely craveable ice cream sundae with housemade oreo cookie crumble, salted hot fudge, strawberry ice cream, and fresh strawberries for dessert.
