Chateau d'Esclans Rose Wine Tasting!
Sommelier Daniel Pernice and Osteria Mattone will host Christin Rutz of Château d'Esclans winery to lead us through a tasting of their rosé wines! As per usual, the tasting will be accompanied by Chef Eric's Salumi & Formaggi selections.
Château d'Esclans makes rosé wines almost exclusively--they are true specialists in the Provençal style! You may be familiar with their most popular offering, the Whispering Angel rosé, but they make several delicious wines; each one unique from the next.
Being that this event is taking place in the afternoon in the summer we will be inside for the duration.
