Crawfish Boil
Join us at the brewery Sunday, June 23rd, 6-9pm, for a crawfish boil with our neighbor Southern Smoke Foods. Ticket price includes the following menu:
One pound of crawfish per person
Jambalaya of organic chicken, sausage, and shrimp simmered with rice and spices
Braised Greens
Black eyed peas & ham
Pickled Veggies and Okra
Jalapeno Cornbread
The bar will be open with draft pours, cider, and non-alcoholic options: 4qbc.com/taproom
Please note: The taproom is closed between 5-6PM to set up. We will reopen at 6PM for drinks, dinner starts at 6:30.
