Join us for an evening dining in the fresh air seated family style at the farm tables with friends.
Friday, June 28, 2019 dinner will begin at 7:00 PM.
The full cash bar will open at 6:15 PM for your enjoyment.
The optional tour of the Salt-Works will begin at 6:30 PM. You may take refreshments with you.
The ticket price includes the five course meal, non-alcoholic beverages and service.
A portion of your ticket price will go to support Pollen8, Inc. This is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to protect children from further abuse and neglect resulting from substance abuse, reduce the number of children entering the foster care system, decrease the number of parental rights terminated and reintegrate families affected by substance abuse back into their communities.

Chicken quarters brined with cloves, cinnamon and star anise
Grill finished with lemon herb butter
Paradise Farm potato medley
Locally harvested seasonal vegetables
Fresh local blueberries, raspberries and blackberries baked in a light flaky crust
