Yoga Bodywork with Jane & Amy

We are so excited to be sharing these yoga bodywork workshops here in Edinburgh!

Saturday 8th June 10 - 1pm (Jane & Amy) - Part 1
Saturday 15th June 2-5pm (Jane & Amira) - Part 2

The yoga practice will be Forrest and Forrest inspired, connecting in to the body and the breath and learning to move and breathe in healing ways. The practice will be accessible to everyone - seasoned practitioners, those who have never touched yoga before, people with injuries, everyone is welcome.

The bodywork - an introduction to yoga bodywork! Sharing the yoga bodywork way of connecting with ourselves and each other, soothing the nervous system, releasing held tension and healing physically and emotionally, through touch, breath and presence.
No previous training or experience needed, just an openness to giving and receiving loving touch!

Cost: £35 for 1, £60 for both.

A bit about Amy: Amy is a Forrest Yoga teacher and Yoga Bodyworker in and around Dundee. She is also the Anatomy and Physiology tutor for Yoga Scotlands Edinburgh-based teacher training course, and assists Forrest Yoga Guardians Jambo Truong and Brian Campbell with Bodywork trainings.

Amy is passionate about bringing together the science of anatomy and the magic of bodywork. She loves the endless variety of working with different types of bodies and their unique and individual stories, adaptations and characteristics.

A bit about Jane: Jane is a Forrest Yoga teacher & Yoga Bodyworker based in Edinburgh. Jane has trained with Ana Forrest, Brian Campbell, Jambo Truong and Simonetta Logan in yoga and bodywork over the years and loves sharing this work as much as she can. Jane is a mind, body and spirit geek and is fascinated by our ability to change and heal ourselves and our relationships through yoga, bodywork, communication, connection, play & meditation.
