Monday, June 17: 6.30-8:30pm
Free! RSVP required
Duration: 2h Instructor: Panel of NFFTY and NWFF staff and festival alumni
About: Navigating the world of film festivals can be daunting as a young filmmaker. Which festivals are most beneficial to attend, and how do you get the most out of attending? How do you figure out which festivals are a good potential fit for your film? How do festivals make programming decisions? What do you do after youve had a film accepted or rejected? Get answers to these and many more questions, from programmers, festival directors, and filmmakers.
This workshop is being offered by NFFTY (National Film Festival for Talented Youth), and NWFF (Local Sightings Film Festival). Learn about the world of film festivals, ways to get involved, and how to successfully navigate festivals as a professional creative.
