3rd Annual Doughnut & Beer Pairing

You heard us right...DOUGHNUT & BEER PAIRING! Yes, it's a thing and yes, it's DELICIOUS. If you missed out on this fun event last year you have another chance! Sponsored by Four Bullets Brewery and Shipley Do-Nuts. Confirmed band Karyna Micaela Trio a national act! We will also have raffle prizes for you to browse.

The event will take place at Four Bullets Brewery in Richardson. A great casual venue with indoor/outdoor space complete with tents (with all this rain lately, we are prepared). Plenty of parking available on the street and behind the brewery.

$25 for advance tickets
$30 at the door

Your purchased ticket will provide you with three tickets for three pints, three mini Shipley Do- Nuts and a Four Bullets logo mug to take home. Shipley is making three off menu donuts for us!

Our suggested pairing:

1. Apple fritter pastry donut with cinnamon and apple bits paired with Two Pairs Pale Ale.
A west coast pale ale, hoppy but not overly hopped. Well balanced with hints of citrus, and a great aroma. Tastes incredible with an apple fritter!

2. Maple iced topped with bacon paired with Royal Flush Red Ale.
A Irish red, very smooth, lightly hopped, and full flavored. A very easy drinking beer. These two balanced each other perfectly. This is a repeat from last year since it was such a hit!

3. Chocolate with raspberry filling and chocolate icing with sprinkles paired with Black Jack Brown Ale.
A traditional English Brown, full bodied with hints of caramel and a nice easy finish. A caramel finish beer with a chocolate raspberry donut...need we say more?
