This workshop is essential for nonprofits that have received their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. We will cover state and federal legal compliance requirements for nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations as well as best-practices for nonprofit governance. This workshop is designed for nonprofit board members or staff interested in nonprofit law basics. It is appropriate for organizations with or without staff.
