Madam CJ
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the death of Sarah Breedlove Walker, known as Madam C. J. Walker. She was one of America's first African American woman millionaire entrepreneurs. This opera recently played to a sold-out crowd at the Strand Theatre. Don't miss this commemorative event at Hoosier Memorial U.M.C., Saturday, June 8, 2019, at 6:00 PM.
This production features Kathye J. Gary as Madam C. J. Walker and Mel Foster as attorney Freeman Ransom.
