Frank's bio:
Over the last 30 plus years, I presented the Alexander Technique and performance classes for Guitar Craft and Guitar Circles in the US, Europe, and South America. During and after, I have also presented courses online with an emphasis on creativity, personal responsibility, and being a witness to our own experience. When the need arises, I do workshops and classes in person. I only usually know there is a need when I'm asked, and I respond as seems best. I also write, both fiction and work that aspires to be non-fiction.

As well as writing, I work with my wife, Ingrid Pape-Sheldon, on her photography business in Seattle. We have a studio in Ballard, a well-loved Seattle neighborhood. I have a cool daughter on the East Coast, who comes to visit now and then. Our old cat, Boots, finally left us at an age of twenty-two years, yet somehow we feel she still has her eye on us. And on her nemesis, Noelle, a fluffy cat whom we now timeshare with our one hundred and three-year-old neighbor upstairs. We are fortunate to have their company as they are both have achieved the wisdom that can come with age.
