Sparkman Cellars Wine Dinner at Heyday Farm
Heyday Farm is pleased to welcome Chris Sparkman, proprietor and winemaker at Sparkman Cellars. Their Wilderness blend has been a long standing favorite with our guests at the farm house and we look forward to trying more of their varietals. They began their winery 15 years ago when they wanted to put more focus on family. They've created a winery that brought them back to their roots and what matters most in life. Family. Good Livin. Damn Fine Wine. That just about sums it up! The couple enjoys giving back to the community and contributing to causes close to their hearts. Over the years theyve grown to produce almost 30 different bottles of wines and this evening we will get to experience a handful of the favorites and some of their not so well-known wines too.
While we love our rustic barn, we plan to do a sun dance in hopes of beginning the evening on our patio with Chris pouring tastings from their wine line up. Guests will then be invited into the Farmhouse to enjoy a 4-course meal prepared by our Executive Chef, Tadao Mitsui.
$85.00 per person. Ticket includes wine tasting upon arrival, 4-course meal, and gratuity. Not inclusive of tax. Additional wines will be available for purchase by the glass, bottle & case.
Tickets for this dinner are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the guest winemaker or the dinner in general, full purchase price shall be refunded.
