Break out the Bubbly! Celebration of Double Gold Medal and National Wine Day
Join Team Gianni and Chef Max Farina for an evening of celebration featuring the official release of Gianni Spumante and an amazing menu of Italian small plate dishes.
Gianni Buonomo was recently awarded a Double Gold medal for their 2014 Sangiovese at the prestigious Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. They were also awarded Gold Medals for their 2015 Maestrale and their 2015 Charbono.
The release of Gianni Spumante coincides perfectly with the announcement of these great awards.
Gianni Spumante is a Méthode Champenoise style of sparker. It is dry so it pairs perfectly with the special menu that Chef Max has created for you.
Each guest will receive four small plate dishes and one glass of Gianni Spumante. Additional Spumante bottles and the Double Gold Sangiovese are available to guests throughout the night for only $25.00.

2. Polenta Funghi & Teleggio Polenta, Mix of Sautéed Mushrooms, Italian Taleggio Cheese Sauce
3. Risotto, Asparagi e Bacon Carnaroli Risotto Style with Asparagus and Crispy Bacon (vegetarian option available)
4. Tiramisu Ladyfingers Dipped in Italian Espresso, Layered with Mascarpone Cheese, Cocoa Powder
