The Buzz About Bees
At ZINC New Haven we are huge proponents of local, small businesses. We are also fans of education and teaching our staff and guests about the ingredients that inspire us as we create our seasonal menus. Once again, we are so excited to be hosting our annual dinner with Master Beekeeper, Bill Hesbach, focused around bees, pollination, and the delicious honey they produce.
Chef Denise Appel will create a 4-course tasting menu with wine pairings, inspired by honey.
Tickets are $85, all inclusive. Seating is limited.
