The Annulment presented by Hingham Civic Music Theatre
The Annulment, a comedy with poignant moments, follows 3 young couples as they struggle to balance the hectic pace of life with children with some semblance of husband-wife relationships. When one of the couples divorces, the wife must face not only the fact that her marriage has failed, but also her husbands request to have the 18 year marriage annulled. Raised in a devout Catholic home, she must try to make sense of what the annulment really means to her and where the Church fits, or doesn't fit in her present life.
The Annulment is written and directed by Sheila Kelleher. Music direction by John Ferguson. Choreography by Cat Umano.
