Finally A party holiday that falls on a weekend! National Scotch day is Saturday, July 27 and Ballard Annex Oyster House is hosting its first-annual Scotch and Oyster Sip and Slurp to celebrate. The fun, delicious event will feature John Ueding, Craft Spirits Manager for Click Distributing describing each Scotch and Chef Joe Rieke talking about the oysters. Pairings: Tomatin 12yr - Sherry cask aged single malt ------- paired with a kumomoto Tomatin 18yr - Sherry cask aged single malt --------- paired with a totten Inlet
