Half Acre is proud to team up with Michelin Star recipient Giuseppe Tentori of BOKA + GT Fish & Oyster for a beer dinner in our tap room. Five courses of world-class food paired with five Half Acre heavy hitters.
Reception Beer: C Change Kölsch
Canapes: Baja Shrimp Bruschetta, avocado, toasted pistacchio, grapefruit, cilantro. Mini crab cake, red bell pepper aioli, pickled vegetables. Paired with: Pony Pilsner
Course One: Foie gras & shrimp terrine, corn sauce, radish. Paired with: Summer Rules//No Rules Pale Ale
Course Two: King Salmon, confit cherry tomatoes, zucchini, spring onions Paired with: Sky Devil Saison
Course Three: Braised short ribs, ricotta & truffle gnocchi, eggplant, black garlic, maitake mushroom Paired with: Over Ale
