Incendiary - Reading
Tanyas son is on death row. Shes going to set him free. It wont be easy. Shell need to buy guns. Shell need to get her hair done. Shell need to make arrangements with her adult daughter. Shell need a plan, but how do you plan for a suicide mission? A collision between the absurd and the tragic, Incendiary explores generational violence, heroism, and the gendered expectations of emotional labor in Black families.
