This year Luke travels to Uplands Cheese in Dodgeville, WI to visit award-winning cheesemaker, Andy Hatch of Uplands. Uplands Cheese is famously known for their outstanding Pleasant Ridge Reserve and Rush Creek Reserve.
Chef Luke Zahm will be creating a special menu for the evening highlighting Uplands Cheese and local seasonal ingredients.
Uplands Cheese dairy farm sits on Pleasant Ridge, in the Driftless region of southwest Wisconsin. The farm spans over 300 acres.
4:30 PM Check-in begins at Uplands Cheese Dairy Farm
4:30 PM to 6:00 PM Hosted reception including live music
6:00 PM Multi-course dinner with pairings
